Omg. I think I'm mad.
I just signed up for the Nike+ Human Race. Which means I've 2 runs to participate in next mth and August. The other is the Mizuno Wave Run. Okay, I'm freaking addicted to long dist. runs all over again. But signing up means it involves buckaroos, and I'm super broke now from paying almost 60bucks for both the runs.
Yes. I'm crazy to pay to run.
But I love that adrenaline rush even more. (:
I've decided to blog proper now, and do away with the photos cos I figured I won't be able to get them until after the exams. But I don't know where to start with mann.
Ohyes. My phone came back to life! HAHAHA. I'msohappy. :D
Okay so. Thursday. Eskibar with classmates. The drinks there were very well mixed, value for money ehhh. A screaming orgasm, honey drop and lots of sips from the rest later, we decided to pop by Zouk cos Justin and alot others were there. Kay I gotta get this clear, I'm not the clubbing kinda person and I absolutely dislike dancing. So yeah, I kinda just loitered upstairs and watched ppl dance instead. After that was a freaking long walk to Outrampark mrt and a long wait for the first train. Hurrrr. -.-
PC Show with daddy on Sunday! I had to get a new thumbdrive cos there was one fine day I tripped over my wires my lappy dropped from the chair, and crushed the thumbdrive which was still connected to it. HAHA. I had all my reports inside and I don't have extra copies! ROAR. Got printer inks and notebook coolers as well. YAY!
Dropped by for ULP campfire. I don't know why but I'm always attracted to a campfire atmosphere. Like it gets things off your mind. HAHA. I don't know how to put it in words mann. And campfires like these are like little gatherings for us. You get to meet up with batchmates and the rest whom you haven't seen in awhile. :D
Was supposed to pick Hweemin up for supper with Jason but disappointing stuff happened, so it was left with only the both of us. Prata-ed, went dam and talked and talked. The ice-cream man wasn't there and I got bitten by tonnes of mozzies which are still itching the hell outta me right now. The drive back was fantastic. Cos the expressway was so empty. HAHAHA. :D:D:D
Visited the doctor. $165 gone just like that. Sighhh.
[EDITED ON 17/06]
I totally forgot about class outing!
Okay I've never organised such stuff before, but being a classrep, I had to. So I'm glad it turned out well. :D
Cycled. The food came so we started the BBQ. Mr TCB came. Most of them went blading. I cooked. We gossiped. HAHA. I suppose the gossip part was the highlight of the outing.
So we were on our last tray of chocolate bananas and a couple of stingrays when the wind started blowing and blowing. It grew stronger till the trees started swaying, sand started stinging our eyes, our food got blown away, leaves rained the place and there was this tent that flew off too!
We scrambled for shelter. Afew of us hid behind some stone chairs. At that time I seriously thought this was the end alrd, like some disaster would happen to Singapore like what happened in China and all that. The thought scared me. There was lightning and it started pouring really bad after that. Sought refuge at some busstop with the usuals while waiting for Kelvin to pick us up.
Thankfully Kelvin offered to send us back or we'd still be stranded outside till damn late. And we all seriously stank of BBQ smoke and perspiration. HAHAHA.
Okay I'd better start on my reports now.
I need peeeeeeeeektures so I can blog! ROARR.
Life w/o a phone is very torturous! I had to ask rat over msn for unclepoot's phone number, called unclepoot the cfm the time and EXACT venue we were meeting at. I was peeking at other ppl's watches to check the time! (I don't like wearing watches you see).

Dinnered. Impromptu decision to catch Kung Fu Panda. And the B&J treat unclepoot's owed me since ages ago. HAHAHA. The show left me laughing to tears, great watch. Heh.
Chocolate chip cookie dough!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
And exams are in a week's time. I haven't started on my revision! Anybody willing to burn midnight oil with me? :D
My phone's dead!
Yeah so any attempt to call/sms me would be rather futile. Hahahaha.
I was at Eskibar's restroom when the phone slipped out of the back pocket and dropped into the toiletbowl. You know how those automatic flushing systems work right? They start to flush once you get up of the seat. And it did! And all I could do was to look at it flush while praying hard the phone wouldn't get sucked in and picked it up after it was done.
So it started cracking up after awhile. Turns on automatically for no reason, camera flash was on too, the screen started losing its colour. And then it finally passed away. Boohoohoo.
I feel so out of place w/o a phone. 0.0
Found this somewhere. Pretty interesting!
The following is the philosophy of Charles Schultz, the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just read straight through and you'll get the point.
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss Singapore.
4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winner for best actor and actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.
How did you do?
The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But the applause dies. Awards tarnish. Acheivements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.
Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one:
1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.
2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.
5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.
Easier?
The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards.
They are the ones that care.
Makes you think differently about life huh?
Alright. Drinking tmr. Will post photos and all that from class outing real soon. (:
I conquered 15km last Sunday.
00:48:56 at 10km. 02:09:33 for the 15km. The previous 10km I did during last year's SCSM was 01:20:05, so I suppose I've improved? Aye but I can't help but feel a tinge of disappointment in me, cos I feel that I didn't do my best this time round. Sigh, I don't know mann.
Around the 7km mark, my knees started to ache really badly and the first aiders (ahem, not Red Cross of course) didn't seem really friendly. I'm glad I was determined enough to keep running during the whole course of the route, even though my knees and calves were antagonising against me. Like arrrghhhH!
So my back and legs are aching like nobody's business now. Prolly because I haven't run since the Adidas women's run more than a month ago didn't do my warm-up before the race (we were late, that's why).
Looking forward to the Mizuno Wave Run this coming July. I know last year was a total flop, the whole run was damn disorganised. But this time I'm going for the jersey and because Kenny kept pestering me to. Hahahaha. :D
I'm still freaking sick from a damn cold I got more than a week ago. Ohwells.
Kay photos.

Linkamania 2008.
It was raining damn heavily at NDP rehearsal last Saturday. So much that the holding area was flooded, there were mini waterfalls and rapids. And my court shoes which have been with me since I became a VI officially CHUI-ED. Hahaha.

The mysterious attack of the gummybears.
Class BBQ tmr. Dohhh.
Long overdue photos from CCR2!

under the shadeee.

Mary!

Maosiie!
The photos are freaking pixellated after resizing them. Ughhh. Okay whateverrrr.
DDS reports are seriously reducing the size of my juicy brains to shriveled-up prunes. All that calculations really drive us crazy. DDS practicals are often a mad rush as well, we've to prepare our drugs (so far there were creams and suppositories) within a 3hour time limit, with pre-lab and post-lab squeezed in as well.
And so, we were making suppositories today. Had to weigh out whatever we needed, heat up and melt the ingredients, not too hot nor too cold, pour the stuff into the moulds, put into the cold room, and knock out the solidified cones. Kelvin, with his usual humongous voice, kept shouting out to the class, "5 more mins! 4 more mins! You don't have alot of time left!" And he had to repeat each sentence like 3-4 times. AS IF WE CANNOT HEAR YOU CAN?!
Seriously, there were only 2 weighing balances for the 6 groups to weigh out almost 10 kinds of ingredients each, and they only provided us with individual bottles of ingredients to get them from. Furthermore, there was only ONE hot plate for each group and so limited space to walk about the lab. ANDANDAND! Some equipments we needed weren't provided sometimes! The freaking pre-lab always takes a long time to be done.
SO HOW THE HELL DO YOU EXPECT US TO COMPLETE OUR EXPERIMENTS WITH GOOD LAB TECHNIQUES IN TIME WITH YOU CONSTANTLY HOLLERING OUT IN THE LAB AND THERE'RE SO MANY INCONVENIENCES?! IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU PUT YOURSELF IN OUR SHOES AND THINK ABOUT IT. WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOODY AUSTRALIAN PHARMACY DEGREE LIKE YOU DO AND IT'S ALWAYS OUR FIRST TIME DOING THE DIFFERENT EXPERIMENTS.
Ughhh. Totally spoilt my whole day, to the extent that I nearly / lost my temper to ppl around me. Seriously, imagine you're already rushing to complete your work but some things actually take time (eg. heating up water, melting ingredients, weighing out stuff) and you have someone else shouting at you. It's stress plus alot more pressure, and we know we've to complete it by the time the next class comes, but you seriously didn't have to do that. Be more understanding can? -.-
I PASSED!!! Heeheeheeheehee. :D:D:D:D:D:D
Mummy wouldn't believe me when I told her so I had to show her my assessment checklist and Daddy gave me a big fat kiss on my head, which he haven't done in ages. :D
Okay. Missed Pharmpract test today, had to go to the clinic to get an MC. And the visit cost me a freaking FOURTY BUCKS. Wthhhh. Let me jump down and die pls. Ughhh.
I'm contemplating if I should go to school tmr cos my acting skills was too good the doctor gave me 2 days off. So i officially actually have tmr free too. HEH. xD
I love Animal Planet. :D
So today was this show called 'Nick Baker's Weird Creatures'. It was on basking sharks which were extremely hard to find so they ended up looking at other animals instead, which were as spectacular as well. But my attention wasn't on the four-legged creatures, it was on the sexy host, Nick Baker. :D:D:D

Photos don't do him justice. He was practically oozing sexiness on the show. Heeheehee.
I got some spider bites (I think) on my pinkie and MY FACE! #%^%*&)$^@#*&!!! Looks like a humongous pimple and my pinkie looks swollen. It itches and hurts if I scratch the bite, and it's taking like years to heal! Omggg.
I should be studying Pharmpract right now. But the calculations bore me so much. I'm getting the butterflies for tmr's tp test. Both instructors ytd and today commented that my driving was in fact okay, and wondered how I managed to fail the first time. Sighhhh. Wish me luck okay!
And today's the first time I overslept by 2 hours for Pharmaco tutorial. -.-
I NEED MONEY. Needa find a freaking job.
This coming week is gonna be a madmad one.
And I'm quite dead cos I haven't really been running, and I haven't started revision for 3 of the tests. HURRAY.
Anyhoos, NDP training yesterday! I've tanlines all over, from my court shoes to my v-neck line from my uniform. Yes, the sun was that relentless. My shins and calves are aching too from walking ard so much with the heels. And Yuanhao and Yicong saw me! I should look out for them whities when I'm there for the next combined rehearsal. :D

Looking forward to Ironman and Drillbit Taylor though. :D Caught What Happens In Vegas last week too, not too bad I thought. Heh.
Okay. Waiting for my phone to finish charging then out for dinnerrrr!
Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you
Over again
Don't make me change my mind
Or I won't live to see another day
I swear it's true
Because a girl like you is impossible to find
You're impossible to find
